Do I need a watch winder if I don’t wear my watch every day?
If you rotate between multiple automatic watches or wear certain pieces occasionally, a watch winder can help keep them running and properly lubricated. If you wear the same watch daily, a winder may not be necessary.

Do you ship internationally and within the U.S.?
Yes. WatchMatic ships orders within the United States and internationally.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with optional express shipping available at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination.
Orders are typically delivered within 10–20 business days in the U.S. and approximately 15–25 business days for international orders. Processing and dispatch usually take 3–6 business days before shipment.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take several business days to become active, especially for international or heavy cargo shipments.
Why isn’t my tracking information updating?
Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch, particularly during customs clearance or transit between carriers. Delays in updates do not necessarily indicate a delivery issue. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team.
Why did my order arrive in multiple shipments?
Orders containing multiple items or items shipped from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate shipments. This allows faster processing and availability when possible.
My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. Our team will assist in investigating the shipment and determining next steps.
Will there be duties or taxes on my package?
Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. WatchMatic does not collect or control these fees.
What if I change my mind?
Returns due to change of mind are not guaranteed. In exceptional cases, non-defective returns may be approved at WatchMatic’s discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. Change-of-mind returns are not considered defects and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. All WatchMatic policies - including shipping, refunds, and warranty - apply equally to purchases made through our website and participating AI-powered storefronts. WatchMatic remains the merchant of record and handles fulfillment, support, and after-sales service.
